  2. I'm just getting started. One of his Solutions is to put a picture (one I don't like my weight at) as my desktop so I see it every day and want to make the change. We'll see as I go along. He has 200 Solutions (suggestions) to help.

  3. Cool, Linda!! And a doctor from Portland, Oregon, huh??? See, the Pacific NW has even more to offer than just mild weather, evergreens galore, gorgeous rivers and lakes, a breathtaking, wild ocean, and forests and green spaces everywhere!!!

    Oh yeah--there's me too! (tee hee!!)
