  1. I want to read friend me because it sounds pretty relevant to what's happening now. Oh but I love war books and the third one intrigues me too!

  2. Thanks for the exciting offer, Linda. I've already read & enjoyed Kate's novel. I'd love the chance to read either John's or Shelba's novels, the former sounds intriguing, the latter heartwarming.

  3. Although I have already enjoyed reading Friend Me, I haven't yet read the other two, and I'm a big WW II buff. If I win, I will gift Friend Me to someone who loves to read and enjoy my good fortune with the other two. :)

  4. Because I don't have enough books on my shelf already ... Just kidding! But seriously, is there such a thing as too many books? Didn't think so. Thanks for the giveaway Linda!

  5. I would like to win "For Such a Time as This". My mother-in-law was one of the Germans who was sorely deceived by Hitler's regime. At a point she figured it out and ran away from home.

  6. Linda, all three sound interesting. If I had to choose one, it would be the book by Shelba Shelton Nivens. Thank you for the chance to win a great summer read.

  10. While I'm not the historian in the family, I, too, am drawn to stories from WWII. I think because I respect those soldiers so much. Such a difficult war for such a good cause.
